Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bites

This classic combo of peanut butter and jelly make these protein packed bites ideal for a pre-workout snack or a breakfast on the go!

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 4 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp dehydrated strawberries (preferably unsweetened and unsulfured), chopped

  • 1-2 tsp strawberry extract

Instructions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine natural peanut butter, honey and strawberry extract.

  2. Fold in protein powder, oats and dehydrated strawberries

  3. Roll into 10-12 balls and freeze for 1 hour.

  4. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
